The Drop Squad is on a mission to elevate the tincture game — and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Inventory Manager to keep our drops flowing and our shelves fully stocked.

You’ll be responsible for managing inventory across tinctures, ingredients, packaging supplies, and wellness accessories. Whether it's full-spectrum drops, MCT-based blends, or limited-run flavor infusions — you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring nothing runs dry (literally).

Responsibilities:
Track and manage inventory of tinctures, raw materials, packaging, and supplies

Monitor batch numbers, expiration dates, and lot tracking for compliance

Coordinate with production, fulfillment, and procurement teams

Receive and log incoming stock; manage outgoing product shipments

Maintain accurate digital records (inventory software, spreadsheets, etc.)

Assist with audits, reordering cycles, and shelf organization

Help implement systems to streamline wellness product flow

Requirements:
1–2 years of inventory management or supply chain experience (bonus if in cannabis, CBD, or wellness)

Strong attention to detail — especially with small batches and labeling

Comfort using digital inventory tools (e.g. Excel, Airtable, or software like Flourish, METRC, etc.)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Familiarity with tincture or wellness product handling is a big plus

Must be 21+ with understanding of compliance and safe storage practices
