You’ll be responsible for grinding, weighing, rolling, stuffing, twisting, and packaging joints with precision and care. This isn’t just a job — it’s an art form.

You’ll be helping bring our top-tier flower to life in perfectly packed cylinders, while working with a team that respects the ritual as much as the result.

Responsibilities:
Weigh, grind, and roll cannabis into consistent, high-quality pre-rolls

Use cones, papers, crutches, and rolling machines (where applicable)

Hand-finish each pre-roll to perfection

Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution

Maintain clean and compliant workstations

Follow strict dosage, hygiene, and legal compliance guidelines

Requirements:
Experience rolling pre-rolls (hand-rolled or with equipment)

Ability to maintain consistency across high volumes

Great attention to detail (weight, shape, crutch placement, twist finish)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-style environment

Must be 21+ with understanding of local cannabis laws and safety
